Refund Policy

Single PDF reports ($9)
Every single PDF report is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you believe the report contains errors, is incomplete, or does not match what you expected, email support@scanable.dev from the address you used at checkout, including the receipt ID, within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and typically clear in 5-10 business days.
If our scanner fails to reach your URL (timeout, network error, blocked), you are not charged. If you were charged for a failed scan, email us and we will refund it immediately.
API subscriptions
- Cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Cancellation stops renewals. You keep access for the remainder of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate mid-period cancellations.
- If the Service was unavailable for more than 24 hours in a billing period due to our issues, email us for a pro-rated credit.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback. We refund legitimate requests quickly; chargebacks trigger account suspension while disputed.
